We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Digital products (downloads, journals, templates, guides) are non-refundable due to instant access.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, please email us at hello@theimindco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • A brief explanation so we can continue improving 💛

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged/Defective items

  • Incorrect items

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll replace it right away.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, the carrier assumes responsibility.
If a package is lost, delayed, or marked “delivered” but not received, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim—but we cannot issue refunds for carrier errors.

Some items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
